This entry is woefully unfinished, but after spending several weeks and many sleepless nights toiling over this design, I wanted to submit what I had anyway to have something to show for my efforts. This Snow Miku is inspired by handmade teru teru bozu, donning a lolita-style outfit with patchwork, crochet, button, embroidery, etc. details. Her outfit is mostly white with red ribbon details, but this design also includes an optional crochet shawl in contrasting colors, which gives a much different impression. Yukine's body is meant to be covered in the same patterns as Miku's dress, and its cloak is meant to have much of the same details as Miku's apron. This Snow Miku loves to sing and pray for favorable weather as she knits, and gift others with the teru teru bozu she makes herself. Perhaps Yukine, too, is a teru teru bozu that somehow came to life? Just what kind of power does this Snow Miku possess? I still hope to discover her story and complete her design someday.
