海鮮丼ミク
During my honeymoon trip to Hokkaido, I fell in love with the local specialty of Seafood Bow(海鮮丼). It's a dish that allows you to choose from a variety of fresh and delicious seafood, which can be easily finded from restaurants or markets. I incorporated many of my favorite seafood ingredients, such as oysters(牡蠣), sea urchin(ウニ), tuna(マグロ), salmon(サーモン), hairy crab(毛ガニ), and cod milt(タラの白子), into the design.
In particular, cod milt, is a delicacy that can only be enjoyed during the winter season. The dress is colored like soy sauce-infused rice, and the headband represents ginger. A lemon brooch adorns the chest, and a transparent apron resembling ice is worn around the waist. The shirt is colored like an oyster shell, and the lace on the cuffs mimics the edge of an oyster shell.
The rabbit design is entirely inspired by sea urchin, with a full apron covered in sea urchin-topped rice and a tail made of a sea urchin shell.
